"Online ordering felt like a gamble"
I tried placing an order online, but the website kept freezing and then my pickup time showed up wrong. I called the store a few times to make sure I wasn’t going to show up to some messed-up order, but nobody answered. At that point I started feeling like I was getting fooled into paying for something that might not even be ready, so I just cancelled it. i don’t think I’ll try again...

"Not Enough Menu Options"
The menu felt limited when I went. I was hoping for a few more choices, but there wasn’t much variety, so I had a hard time finding something I really wanted. Because of that, I left feeling a bit disappointed.

"Stressful if you’re vegetarian"
I went in thinking there’d be at least a few decent vegetarian choices, but the options were so limited it felt like they just added them as an afterthought. It ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been just trying to find something to eat. I wouldn’t go back.

A friend recommended this place, so I gave it a try. The burger itself was really good, but they forgot my extra pickles and gave me the wrong sauce. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying since the order was almost right.

"I tried Elevation Burger and it was..."
I tried Elevation Burger and it was just okay. Like, the burger wasn’t bad or anything, the beef had some flavor — but it came out a little dry and kinda needed more seasoning. Toppings seemed fresh enough, so that helped a bit. For the price though, I was expecting it to hit harder. I’d probably grab it again if I was already nearby and hungry, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

"Different experience every time"
Every time I’ve gone, it’s been a different experience and never really consistent. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of trying to sort it out

"Not much food for what I paid"
I was disappointed after actually getting the meal. The burger was smaller than I expected, and the fries barely filled the cup, so it just didn’t feel worth the price.

the veggies tasted super fresh, which I liked. The burger itself was fine, just nothing amazing, and the bun seemed a little old.

"Bad first impression and not comfortable"
I stopped in thinking I’d just grab a quick burger, but the first impression was bad. The place felt cold and a little messy right away, and some of the tables didn’t look like they’d been wiped down. The music was way too loud too, so it wasn’t exactly a relaxing spot to sit and eat. I ended up rushing through my food just so I could leave.

"The wait was just too much, too much..."
The wait was just too much, too much. I only ordered a burger and fries, and I felt like I was standing there forever while everyone behind the counter seemed kind of confused. The food was okay when it finally came out, but not good enough to make that wait feel worth it. I probably won’t go back unless they really fix how slow, slow it is.

We came in hoping it would be a decent spot for the family, but it really didn't feel kid-friendly at all. It also seemed like our needs didn't matter much, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"Food showed up cold"
I was really looking forward to my meal, but the burger was barely warm by the time I got it, and the fries were pretty much the same. They tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while, which was disappointing.
I ended up eating some because I was hungry, but it wasn’t enjoyable at all. For what I paid, I expected the food to be hot and fresh, so I’d really appreciate some kind of refund or credit for the experience

"Bad vibe from the staff"
I usually try not to judge a place off one quick interaction, but the staff made it easy. They came across rude and unprofessional, and my gut reaction was just, “yeah, I’m not coming back here.” Maybe it was an off day, but the attitude really stood out.

Maybe it’s just my area, but even the closest location is still out of the way for me. Between the traffic and the annoying parking situation, it stops feeling like a quick meal fast. I enjoy a burger now and then, but personally, this place just isn’t worth the hassle.

"Good food, but finding a seat was a whole mission"
The food was fine, nothing to complain about there, but I seriously couldn’t find a seat anywhere. I walked around for a bit holding my food like, okay, now what? Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

"Place didn’t feel very clean"
I stopped in for lunch, and to be fair, the staff did seem busy. But the place just didn’t feel clean at all. The tables were sticky, there was food on the floor, and the bathroom was gross. It made it hard to enjoy my meal, and I ended up not really wanting to finish. I don’t think I’d go back.

I went to Elevation Burger because I was under the impression that the organic sourcing was kind of their main thing. When I asked what was actually organic, though, the answer was vague, and it felt like my question was being brushed off more than answered.
For what they charge, I expected to feel a lot more confident about what I was eating. Instead, I left feeling confused and a little disappointed, like the organic claim wasn’t as clear or reassuring as I hoped it would be. I don’t think I’d go back.

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut"
The food was okay, but the service was way too slow. It just felt like no one really knew what was happening, and my gut told me early on it wasn’t going to get better. I should’ve trusted that instinct. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

"Pickup was kinda more annoying than it needed to be"
I ordered ahead on elevationburger.com thinking it would make pickup quick and easy, but it didn’t really work out that way. The site gave me a ready time, and when I showed up, no one seemed to know where my order was.
I ended up waiting around and had to ask twice, while other customers were getting helped before me. There also wasn’t a clear pickup area, so I was kinda just standing there trying to figure out what to do.
By the time they found my food, it had already been sitting there and wasn’t even hot anymore. I’d probably skip using pickup next time.

"Felt like I was bothering them"
I stopped in just hoping to grab something quick, but the whole vibe from the staff was off. No greeting, no thank you, and they seemed annoyed like I had interrupted their day or they just wanted me out of there as fast as possible. Maybe they were having a rough shift, but it felt like customers were the last thing they wanted to deal with. I don’t see myself going back
